22 crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
3 squares semi-sweet chocolate melted
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 -10oz. package mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts

Blend crumbs and melted butter and place in a 9x13 pan,
patting down. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a
time and the melted chocolate. Beat until light and fluffy.
Spoon mixture over crumbs and set in freezer. Combine
whipped cream and maple syrup. Chill for 1/2 hour. Whip
again until stiff. Fold in marshmallows and 2/3 cups nuts.
Freeze until firm and keep frozen until serving.

Note: since eggs are not cooked, you should substitute with
pasteurized eggs.
