Directions:
Boil yams until tender. Take out of pan and let cool for about 15 min. Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. Put chunks into casserole dish or cake pan. Sprinkle potatoes with cinnamon, a good amount so every potatoe has a bit on it. Sprinkle a dash of nutmeg into this also if you would like. Add chopped pecans and coconut, to your liking. Pour melted 3/4 cup butter over potatoes.
Mix together about 2 cups of heavy cream with about 1 cup brown sugar. Pour mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350º until hot and slightly bubbly. Add mashmallows to top and bake on 450º until marshmallows are browned!
Happy Sweet Potatoes are these!
