This is a recipe my 80 yr. old Portuguese Mama sent via email...
She does not really have recipes so I am going to write it just how she wrote it!
I am sure it's good!

Any kind of fish, I prefer Haddock or Talapia
Spray a grilling pan that comes with a toaster oven
You may bake this also

Few italian seasoned bread crumbs
sliced fresh tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the fish with parmesan cheese

Bake or broil for 10 to 12 min.

Serve with your choice of vegetable...
I like broccoli or steamed spinach and your starch, I like rice.
Enjoy this dish it's good for you food!
