Ingredients:  
Six slices bread
1-2 pounds cooked hot or medium sausage
1 cup grated cheese
5 eggs
1 pint half and half
salt, pepper and dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Lay six slices of buttered bread with crusts off, in a 9x13
greased pan. Top with sausage and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
Pour mixture of eggs and seasonings over cheese. Refrigerate
over night. Then bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
