3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. carrots - 4 c. grated

Beat the following 4 minutes:
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar

4 eggs - add one at a time

2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. orange juice

add last:
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins


Glaze:
1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 60 minutes in 350º oven. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Remove from pan and top with glaze.
