3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. lard or shortening
1 egg, well beaten
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt. Cut in lard or shortening. Mix well beaten egg, water, and vinegar and combine with flour mixture. Makes 2 double pies. Keeps well in refrigerator.
