4 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar

Mom used to make these each Christmas for us to munch on while cooking and opening presents. Line the kitchen counter space with newspaper and on top of that place aluminum foil,
about 18 inches by 2 feet. Bring the orange juice and sugar to a boil in a large pan over medium heat, be sure to stir it constantly. Boil for about a minute. Then stir in the pecans,
making sure to coat them all with the sugar mixture. Spread the mixture on the aluminum foil to cool, breaking it up into small chunks. Let cool, then dig in and enjoy.
