2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil, 4 eggs
2 cups Swann Down flour, 2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt, 2 tsp.cinnamon, 3 c. grated carrots
Icing -
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box (or less) confectioner sugar
1/2 stick butter, 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil, add egg, flour, baking soda, salt cinnamon and grated carrots. Bake in ungreased pan about 50 min. to 1 hr. Bake in a 9"X12"pan at 325º
Icing: Beat together with mixer all icing ingredients
until creamy. Frost top and sides of cooled cake.
