2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs 1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar in large bowl. Heat oil, butter, and cocoa in saucepan and cool. Pour Coke over flour and sugar and mix well with mixer. Add soda to buttermilk and stir. Pour soda and buttermilk mixture in large bowl, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Then add marshmallows to cocoa. Use 9X13 pan and bake at 325º or 350º for 45 min.
