2 sticks of butter
1 cup of sugar
˝ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 small bag of chocolate chips

Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar together until creamy
Add eggs and mix well
Add flour, salt baking soda and vanilla mix well
Add chocolate chips
Place spoon full of dough on greased cookie sheet
Flatten the dough so you get a thin cookie
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
