1 c. margarine
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. graham flour (or unbleached white flour)
1 12 oz. package of chocolate chips (real chocolate is best)

Directions:

Cream together the margarine, peanut butter, and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients, saving the chocolate chips for adding at the last moment. Spoon the mixture onto greased cookie sheets and bake the cookies at 375º for 8 - 10 minutes until light brown. Leave sit on cookie sheet after removal from oven for about 2 - 3 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack. Freeze well.
