1 lb hamburger
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp basil
1 teaspoon salt
16 oz can of whole tomatoes
12 oz can of tomato paste
10 oz lasagna noodles
Large tall container of cottage cheese
cup of parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley flakes
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 to 2 lbs of thin slice mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, add next 5 ingredients, simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Boil noodles-drain and rinse
Combine all the remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese
Make in 3 layers in 13x9 pan
Noodles on the bottom, then collate cheese filing, 1/3 of mozzarella cheese, then meat sauce
Repeat layers and top with cheese
Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes
