2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
3/4 of a yellow onion, chopped
1/4 bunch of chopped celery
68.5 oz. diced canned tomatoes in juices
1 bottle of beer
2 cans rinsed and drained kidney beans
4 teaspoons salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons cayenne
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon corriander
2 teaspoons oregano
1 cup tomato paste
1 chopped green pepper

Saute ground beef until browned and add onions and pepper to cook through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about an hour. Enough for a crowd and very good. I got this recipe from one of my favorite Door County Restaurants.
