1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 c. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Fudgy Frosting:
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa; stir in melted butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13X9 baking pan. Bake at 275 for 35 to 40 min. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over top of hot brownies. Spread with Fudgy Frosting; cool and cut into squares.

Fudgy Frosting: Combine powdered sugar and cocoa; add remaining ingredients, and beat well.
