3 lb. pork roast
2 1/2 cups pinto beans
2 cloves garlic
2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 T. cumin
1 sm. can green chillies
3 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover pork roast with water. Cook at low heat for about 5 hours or until tender. Take off of bone and shred. Cook another hour with the lid off.
Serve over tortillas or chips. Add whatever toppings you like, such as tomatoes, cheese, olives, avocados, frito chips, etc.
