3 cups flour
1/4 cup lard
1 tsp. salt
tepid water

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in mixing bowl that can be placed in warm oven. Add salt. Mix with hands. Add lard and mix with hands until it forms a crumbly mixture. Make a well in mixture. Add 1/4 cup of water. Mix with hands and continue to add water until it forms a slightly sticky dough. Cover with a dish towel. Place dough in warm oven for 15 minutes. Take a golf-size piece of dough and roll on floured surface to desired thickness. Place in medium-warm pan and cook until golden brown. Flip over and cook until desired color.
