6 eggs
3 cups milk @ room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 unbaked pie shell
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and milk and then add to beaten eggs. Beat together until frothy. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. (I also sprinkle with some cinnamon.) Bake at 425º for 20 mins. If not set, turn oven off and leave pie in oven until set.
