2 c. sugar,
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can (16 oz.)pumpkin
2 c. bisquik
2 tsp. cinnamon
For icing:
1 3oz. pkg cream cheese,
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c. unsalted butter or margarine
2 c. powered sugar
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Preheat over 350 degrees bake in greased jelly roll pan. Beat sugar, butter, pumpkin and eggs for 1 min.in mixer medium speed, stir in bisquick and cinnamon beat low until mixed.
For icing:
Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, vanilla till smooth. When cake is cool spread. May add nuts on top if desired. Cut into bars for serving
