1 C flour, 1/4 C confectioners sugar, 1/2 stick butter, 2eggs, 3/4 C sugar, 3T lemon juice, 2 T
flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, confectioners sugar to sprinkle
Directions:
Directions:
Cut together first 3 ingred. & press into 8 x 8 ungreased Pyrex dish. Bake @ 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool. Beat 2 eggs, 3/4 c sugar & lemon juice until thick & smooth (8/10 min ) Add 2 T flour w/ 1/2 tsp bk powder & add to egg mixture & pour over baked crust. Bake again @ 350º for 20
to 25 min. Cool slightly & sift powdered sugar on top. Let cool completely. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Really Yummy !
