1 lb ground round, 1 egg , 1/3 c cracker crumbs, dash garlic powder, 1/4 c minced onion, 3 T milk,
pepper to taste, 1 C ketchup, 4 T worchestershire sauce, 4 T brown sugar, 4 T vinegar, 1 12 0z bottle beer of choice

Combine first 7 ingred & roll into 50 cent size balls
set aside. In 2 qt pan add next 5 ingred. & simmer for 15 minutes. Drop meatballs into sauce , cook on simmer for 3 to 4 hours to enrich flavors & tenderize meatballs. I use my crock pot on low all day for this one...

You can easily double, triple, to what ever amount you wish to make. Use as appetizer or main meal..
Serve w/ potato salad, small dinner rolls, baked beans...Pistacio Salad. Any way you serve em' they're gone in A New York Minute !
