2 cups flour
4 eggs
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whip eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper, slowly add flour. Knead into a ball. If sticky, sprinkle with flour. Place dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll out with rolling pin until dough is in a thin layer (if dough sticks sprinkle with flour).
Cut into thin strips with noodle cutter or butter knife. Seperate the noodles. Let sit out to dry out for about 1 hr. Cook with favorite broth or juice from poultry.
