3 lbs chicken (cut into medium pieces)
1 chopped onion
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp salt
2 heaped tbsp chopped garlic
4 to 5 heaped tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp Oil

1. Mix onion, cumin garlic and curry powder in bowl with some water to form a paste.
2. Heat oil and salt in sturdy pot (thin pot will burn curry).
3. Add paste to oil and sautee, stirring constantly.
4. Add chicken and mix, making sure that chicken is covered with curry mixture.
5. Cook covered on low for 10 minutes.
6. Add enough hot water to cover chicken, stir and cook covered on medium flame until chicken is cooked through.
