White or Wheat Bread, sweet white onions, parmesean cheese, salt

Directions:
Directions:
Use small round cookie cutter (I use my spice jar lids) cut out rounds of the bread. Toast on cookie sheet in oven. (these freeze well). Finely mince onion, put about 2 tsp salt on and mix well. Let sit several hours. Squeeze out resulting juice thru cheesecloth or clean dishtowel. Put teaspoonfull on round top with parmesean cheese and put under broiler till bubbly. Serve hot
