Ingredients:  
1 c sugar. 1 c butter (softened). 1 egg. 1 tsp vanilla. 1/2 tsp cream of tarter. 1/2 tsp soda. 2 c flour. 1/2 tsp almond extract. Sprinkles for decoration.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Sift together flour, cream of tarter, and soda and add gradually to creamed mixture.
Form dough into balls and flatten on cookie sheet with a sugared glass. Bake 10 minutes @ 375º.
