1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies (small)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Filling:

3-4 chicken breasts shredded
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup onion

8-10 flour tortillas
shredded cheese
Top with salsa, olives and avocado.

Blend tomatoes, chilies and salt until smooth. Add sour cream and blend until mixed. Set Aside.

Mix chicken, cream cheese and onion in a bowl. Warm tortillas in microwave. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll. Place side by side in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375º until heated thoroughly. Approx. 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes, remove foil and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
