1 1/4 Ib. ground beef (HeartBrand Beef or 90% lean)
1/2 c. Irish Steel Cut Oatmeal (1/4 c. of 90% ground beef)
6 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
6 miniature jalapeņo cheese hamburger buns (silver dollar rolls substitute)
3 lettuce leaves (halved)

Preheat grill. Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 tbsp. of lime juice and 2 tsp. soy sauce. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl combine ground beef, oatmeal, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Knead together and form into patties. Place patties on grill and cook until done.

Remove from grill and place on buns and top with peanut sauce and lettuce.
