1 lb pork sausage
2 packages crescent rolls
1 1/4 cup thawed frozen hashbrowns
1 cup cheese
7 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
diced bell pepper
salsa and sour cream for toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Separate crescent roll dough, press together on the bottom of greased jelly roll/cookie sheet pan. Spoon on sausage. Sprinkle hashbrowns and cheese. Combine egg, milk salt and pepper. Pour over mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 375º.
