Quantities for milk and water should be half of each. The quantities of everything else is just to taste.
Boil water and tea bags/leaves. Put enough tea bags/leaves to make the color dark. When it starts to simmer, add the same quantity of milk as you did water, and sugar to taste (optional - you can just add sugar afterwards for each individual cup). Add a couple pinches each (about 1/4 tsp) of the spices. Wait for it to boil. When done, pour into a large jug and serve. Enjoy :)
