3/4 c tap watter.
1 pkg lemon jello mix.
4 eggs.
1 pkg yellow cake mix .
3/4 c salad oil.
2 c powdered sugar.
Juice of 2 lemons.
Zest from one lemon.
Directions:
Directions:
Add water, eggs and jello mix and beat 2 minutes. Then add yello cake mix--beat 1 minute. Finally add salad oil and beat another minute. Bake at 325º 45-50 minutes in a 9x12 greased pan.
Remove from oven and poke many holes in the still-warm cake with a fork. Top this with a mixture of powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest. Let cool.
