2 cups cooked, mashed carrots
1 cup sugar
1/4th cup butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs - beaten
2 Tbls. flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping - 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup nuts, 1/3rd cup melted butter, 1/3rd cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together
Pour in casserole dish
Mix topping ingredients until crumbly
Add to top of casserole
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
