Ingredients:
1 whole chicken-cooked
1 medium onion
3 cans great northern beans
6 cups chicken broth
1 bag frozen corn
1 package McCormick White chili seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken in water for about one hour until it's cooked through. Remove the chicken from the bone. Reserve the water to use for the broth. Dice the onion (we don't use any because we don't like onion) In a crock pot or large pot add in the broth, chicken pieces, beans, corn, onion and chili seasoning. Let it simmer until it is warm. Serve with corn bread!

Personal Notes:
We don't use onion and it still tastes great. Also, if you want to save time, use boullion to make your broth and just buy a rotissere chicken at the store. Some friends have also bought frozen diced chicken breast or browned ground chicken in place of the chicken.
