2 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
2 cups cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ingredients to a boil, stir constantly. Stir frequently as mixture thickens and darkens. Cook to soft ball stage. Pour into a buttered pan. When caramels have cooled, cut into 1" x 1" squares. Wrap individual caramels in plastic wrap.
