1 head of bok choy
1-2 stalks of green onions
1 pkg of noodles (only) fro Ramen Noodles
sesame seeds
slivered almonds
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c olive oil
1/3 c rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bok choy and onions together in a large bowl. Mix the sugar, soy sauce, oil and vinegar in another small pan, boil this liquid mixture for 2 minutes, then chill.
Saute noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in small amount of butter or olive oil.
Toss the chopped Bok Choy and onions with the chilled liquid and sautéed noodles mix and serve.
