4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
4 stuffed green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half, horizontally. Place yolks in small bowl. Mash with fork; add mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place mixture into whites. Arrange tomatoe slices on serving platter. Put eggs on top. Cut olives in four slices; garnish each egg with two olive slices.
Bacon crumbs are also a good garnish.
