1 Chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel topping
1 large tub Cool Whip
4 to 6 Heath candy bars

Directions:
Prepare cake mix. Pour into a 9x13 in. pan and bake per instructions.
While cake is still warm use a wooden spoon and put 24 holes in cake.
Pour condensed milk in holes. Spread milk that spills on the cake into the holes as much as possible.
Let cool.
Spread caramel topping on cake.
Spread Cool Whip over caramel topping.
Crumble Heath bars in a ziploc bag.
Spread over Cool Whip.
