2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts....

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; add butter until it resembles crumbs. Stir in walnuts. Reserve 1 cup.

Press remaining crumbs in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes.

For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Beat in milk, lemon juice and vanilla; pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Cut into squares when cool. Serves 18.
