1-1.3 oz Garlic Powder
1-1.3 oz Chili Powder
1-1.3 oz Black Pepper
1-1.3 oz Red Peper
1 jar unseasoned Adolf's Meat Tenderizer
1 10 oz bottle of soy sauce
1 5 oz bottle of Pickapeppa

Directions:

Prepare the marinating sauce by combining the soy sauce and Pickapeppa.
For grilling, pour the marinating sauce over your mear and season both sides. The amount of seasoning will depend on your taste, so you may want to experiment. You may marinate overnight or just prior to cooking. For baking, season the meat. The marinating sauce is optional. For frying, add seasoning to your regular method of frying.
