3 egg yolks
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 bag marshmallows
1- 16oz container of cool whip
1 can of fruit cocktail
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges

1) Put the egg yolks, vinegar and sugar in a large sauce pan, cook until thickens (med. flame) stirring continually. It will thicken quickly so have marshmallows ready.
2) Add the marshmallows and allow them to melt stirring constantly on low flame.
3) Then add the cans of fruit
4) blend together gently but well
5) Place in a glass cake pan (9x13) and freeze over night. Remove from the freezer about 15 min before mealtime and cut and serve on a piece of lettuce.
