2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 c sour milk (to "sour" milk, add 1 tsp vinegar to 1 c milk and let stand for 5 minutes)
1 c cocoa ( or 3 squares of bakers chocolate melted)
1 c oil
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 - 3 c flour
1 c boiling coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, beat for 3 minutes on ,medium speed. Pour batter onto a 9 x 13 greased glass cake pan. Bake at 350º for 45-60 min or until done checking with a toothpick. Should raise very high and be very moist. Don't over or under bake.
