2 eggs, seperated
1 1/2 c milk
3 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour or cornstarch
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar (3tbsp), cocoa, salt and milk. Put in double boiler and cook. Add beaten egg yolks after mixture has boiled. Cook until thick, then add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue with 2 egg whites and rest of sugar. Bake in 350º oven until meringue is golden brown.
