3 eggs
150 grams sugar (3/4 cups)
150 grams flour (1.2 cups)
1 sachet baking powder (4 tsp.)
10 cl milk (.42 cups)
75 grams butter (5.28 tbsp.)
3 tbsp. cocoa (powder)
300 grams whipped cream (5 cups)
400 grams Nutella (1 1/2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Break the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, whipping with a whisk until you get a smooth cream. Then add the cocoa and the milk and continue whipping. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix. Put the mixture in a 9" baking pan and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. When the cake is ready, let cool completely, then slice it through the middle to make 2 layers. Mix the Nutella and the whipped cream in a separate bowl. Put the Nutella mixture on the 2 parts of the cake, then put them back together.
