30 oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
8 oz. fudge topping
Mini marshmallows (optional)
1 1/3 cups dry roasted peanuts
l qt. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix half of the cookie crumbs with margarine and pat into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Layer the remaining ingredients. Top with other half of cookie crumbs. To layer the ice cream, open the box and cut the ice cream in about 1" thick slices and place in pan. Use a knife to fill in solid. Freeze. This lasts in the freezer for a couple weeks. You can use fat-free fudge, low-calorie ice cream, fat-free Cool Whip and low-calorie Oreos and it's still delicious with less calories.
