1 can salmon, undrained
2 to 2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 T. minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
mix all but the soup together. Put in greased casserole. Top with soup. Bake in oven uncovered about 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

This was one of Dad's favorite casseroles, according to Mom. It's easy and a great Lenten meal.
