1 stick butter
10 slices white bread
1 qt. half & half
10 eggs
2 C sugar
1 tsp. vannilla
pinch salt
1/2 qt. whipping cream
cinnamon (for sprinkling on top)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9"x13" pan. Set aside.

In a very large bowl tear up bread slices.

Pour 1 qt. half & half over the bread and set aside.

In a separate bowl beat eggs, sugar,vanilla and salt
until creamy.

Continue to beat while adding the whipping cream.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cream. Stir slightly.

Pour the bread mixture into the 9"x13" pan, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Place this pan into a slightly larger pan, filling bottom pan with 1/4" water.

Place pans in oven and bake @ 350 degrees for 55 mins. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
