1 cup fresh cranberries
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
1 small apple, peeled & cored
1/2 celery stalk
1 (8 oz) can unsweetened crushed pineapple-drained
2 packets equal
3 cups hot water
1 6 oz package sugar free strawberry gelatin

Directions:

Coarsely chop cranberries, oranges, apple & celery in food processor. Sprinkle with equal. Pour hot water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved, add cranberry mixture & pour into mold or dish. refrigerate until firm
