2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 13oz. can evaporated milk
1 cooked chicken (cut into bite size) or left over turkey
Processed Swiss cheese (approx 10-12 slices)
1 cube of margarine
1 7oz. package of croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 3 cans of soup and evaporated milk in a bowl. Place chicken/turkey pieces in buttered 9x13 dish. Cover chicken/turkey with a layer of Swiss cheese slices. Pour soup mixture over chicken and cheese. Melt margarine or butter in pan and saute croutons. Brown lightly and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake @ 325º for 45 minutes.
