4 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. of flour
1 c. of milk
1/4 tsp. of salt
Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, combine chicken broth, chopped onion, and potatoes. Bring to a boil, add soup, reduce heat cook for 10 minutes.

In a sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt, add milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add to sauce pan with potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
