6 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 c sugar
2 pkgs (3 oz) cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 TSR vanilla
2 c chilled whip cream
2 c mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 275 degrees. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt till foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 tsp at a time till stiff and glossy. Spread in a 9x12 inch glass pan. Bake 1 hour, turn oven off and leave in with door closed for at least 12 hours.

Mix cream cheese, 1 c sugar, and vanilla. Beat whip cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold whip cream and marshmallows into cream cheese. Spread over meringue, refrigerates at least 12 hours.

Mix 1 can of cherry pie filling, 2 c sliced strawberries and 1 tsp lemon juice. Pour over cream cheese mix.

A lot of time involved, but so worth it!!
