3 c canned chick peas, drained
1/2 c fine chopped onion
1/2 c fine chopped celery
1 tsp garlic, mashed
4 tbsp fine chopped parsley
4tbsp fine chopped dill
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
2 c freshly cooked or canned salmon
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c peeled, seeded, ripe tomatoes, chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine the chock peas, onion, celery, garlic, parsley and dill. Add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and toss to blend. Drain the salmon, ass to salad and toss. chill and serve with tomatoes on the top.
