1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, add milk, egg yolks, and oil. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until fluffy. Fold egg whites into batter. Bake in a greased preheated waffle iron until golden brown.
